Terms and Conditions

· All clients will be asked to sign a client contract describing & agreeing to the scope of the project, before commencement of any work

· Payment will be due half of the amount before start of the project, and the other half within 21 days of completion of project.

· Please rest assured that I respect your confidence and trust. Client information will never be disclosed without your consent.

·  All work can be delivered to your preference -- email; CD or hard copy, via 1st class  Recorded Delivery. Postal charges will be added to the final invoice.

· I'll do my best to make sure the there are no errors in the completed project. Final proofing is the responsibility of the client, but I'll cheerfully correct any errors if need be. Any errors must be notified within 7 days of the completed work.

· There's no charge for minor copy revisions, but major copy changes must be done at an additional charge.
